The Procedures

These are additional guidlines that are not included in the code, but they help members of all ranks understand how the clan works.  

 

Clan battles

Clan battles can only be approved by Generals and Commanders of any given squad.  Members from other squads may participate if their General oks it first.  Our clan ambassadors can help organize clan battles with other clans (in addition to commanders) but cannot authorize them.  Only clan battles that are authorized by our leaders AND the opposing clans' leader(s) will count.

 

Clan Ambassadors

Clan Ambassadors are members of the clan chosen by the clan Council to interact with other clans.  They assist in coordinating clan battles, forming alliances with other clans, help negotiate mergers (not authorize but state our terms), and gather info on other clans.  Any progress they make is reprted to the Council directly. This is a title not a rank.

 

Titles

Titles are not to be confused with ranks.  They are something additional and there is no limit to how many titles a member can attain.  Some titles are exclusive to certain prerequisites ie Clan Founder.  Others are granted by the Council like Ambassadors.  For now titles are recorded in the members bio but eventually will be added to the website.  Not all titles require additional duties or council voting, and most can be earned such as MASTER RECRUITER, MASTER FORGER, TOURNAMENT CHAMPION, GOTM, CONTEST WINNER, AND MORE TO COME.  We will soon add how you can acquire these!
