The Council

The Council is a group of IoN clan members who help make decisions that affect the entire clan.  While it is technically not a rank but a title, the members are considered the clan leaders, yet they can maintain an officer squad rank as well.  That being said, any IoN member of the rank ODST to General can be eligible for the council.  The council can vote on any number of issues with the majority of the current amount deciding the outcome: changes to the code, changes to the website, all new generals are to be approved by the council, new games, making new squads, removing someone from the clan, clan merges etc.

New members are nominated by a current council member and then voted on by the rest of the council.
